CANCELLATION


We love our clients and do everything we can to ensure a happy experience. Due to the nature of our business and industry, these cancellation     policies are in place to ensure we balance customer experience with customer satisfaction for everyone.



Deposits will be required for new guests & guests who have not visited our salon in more than 3 months. Or for urgent services requiring extended time within 24 hours or more of appointment being made. An invoice will be sent to your email for the deposit of the service made and if we don't receive the deposit your appointment will be cancelled.


If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please let us know! We will do our best to reschedule you as appropriate.

Cancellation of your appointment or rescheduling of your appointment within 48 hours of booked service time will result in full charge for service.


We will require payment in full for the missed appointment before we can book another service as appropriate.


If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to give your appointment away.


This is at the discretion of L Beauty Bar. L Beauty Bar reserves the right to change our policies, procedures & fees at any time.
